Matt Kay, Jr. graduated from Hingham High School in 2008, and now attends the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, where he is majoring in professional accounting and finance.

During the school year he works in the technology services department of the School of Management, where he troubleshoots the computers of students and faculty. In addition, he also produces video promotions for the school and its various organizations.

In January he was elected to chair the financial operations of his fraternity, whose annual budget exceeds $50,000. He uses both his position and his knowledge for various types of software applications to continuously strive for innovation within the fraternity, in order to manage its diverse financial endeavors more efficiently and profitably.
