You may schedule an appointment for a pcJunior technician to visit your home or office any day of the week between 9am and 9pm. We charge hourly rates for various home/business issues such as troubleshooting. For many other solutions, however, we charge flat fees. Often during an on-site visit, pcJunior will determine that your computer needs to be taken out of your home to be serviced, in order to put our proprietary technical support tools to use. Remote assistance software will be added to your computer so pcJunior can more quickly aid you the next time you need us.
